$ T1 C' E( Q' W. i  k3 sAlberta needs a leader that can attract more capable and energetic people to politics, government and the PC party.  Alberta needs a leader that can bring north, south, rural and urban together into a positive party – ready for the future.
                       
                       
4 o! ~7 n. J0 r$ KMy forward-looking policies will make Alberta a leader among provinces again:
               

•                                 I will bring fiscal discipline back to Alberta with a balanced budget by 2013.
•                                 I will use my experience to open up new markets for our resources and products in emerging economies.
•                                 I will strengthen our public health system by working to make access to quality services both faster and closer to home in the future.
•                                 I will make quality learning for our kids a top priority.
•                                 I will bring new thinking and attitudes to the issues of environment and energy.
