The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
! `' ~$ f9 h9 [person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
5 Q$ {* ^/ ~$ W- x7 m! Hrelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet; _! v1 c" g# J% T1 j" M0 y+ ~
client demands are key components of this position.
: s$ E5 N/ Y3 pResponsibilities:' F1 F. n5 e& K! b) Q
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
& T' x' u( P1 l· Verify pricing and availability of product;
: p" C% R- w/ ^+ h8 I& Y· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
$ G" @0 m/ `2 W· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
& Y, |# ^$ J, M· Collect payments for cash account orders;
" }% i  j0 G8 N/ U· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
# J3 D: X6 d1 Y8 \2 O' u% q* k1 R· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
. h1 H5 T" T* j1 }- B  X+ C· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate) t1 p8 |* q3 J6 T; g' h8 _/ H# w
database;: Q/ K: ~6 i( `5 I7 {+ r" o, `
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
* M; N5 J4 J3 m  j% K· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;( m6 C2 a, y+ b* V% D* }
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
4 U2 o& w' I# s: a) r& FQualifications/Requirements:+ R! r; A6 M3 N4 g8 b" r
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
$ N( l3 Z( d8 Q! r' Ilasting relationships with customers;
* I4 C6 I+ I- ?! ^· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
$ L; S: b7 Y# F8 Y  O· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
/ F8 I3 {2 l$ l& _# W· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
, ^0 J! Q) _" U! ?& u% K) n* q· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
/ N6 ^9 v; s+ E/ V% D9 v$ T/ L2 j· Excellent organizational skills;
