The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in/ C9 e+ G. z0 V, s, c; e! ~5 w1 _
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
: J3 q) ^" M: Q. g' @0 N: a' `# Vrelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet6 q7 u; @" ?% q4 N9 w6 p) p
client demands are key components of this position.) i; Y* g# T  ?1 }2 h
Responsibilities:. o& z& e. h+ y* o' M2 x) K! L
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
) O# {  I% a* C0 y4 {: B% b· Verify pricing and availability of product;  \! B; p5 `, j! Z
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
! o( o- |8 B5 _2 o/ z, {  T  Z· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;* G' X, ?/ }: V) R0 l' |: g" W& Y; }- \
· Collect payments for cash account orders;( U# ^: h. D1 [) t/ j
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;6 f5 a) `. c: E( q3 i
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;5 b0 R0 {9 k8 Z4 d% ?- Y
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate3 M' N) O* t' O+ c
database;( D( `. F* n  `# Q/ R' o7 H
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
$ R- J2 ?1 Q0 h2 Z' ]( h· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;: H7 P5 E' A  O  s* ^
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
5 _8 [# V: q4 W" eQualifications/Requirements:
0 l" ^: O: p! M2 O· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain5 S; Z; C2 J2 s
lasting relationships with customers;* _! ?  c  Y. O) O3 T0 P
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;0 d( N% J1 u/ o6 K; `
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;7 p5 ^) B* _/ Y* J& A% Q0 n) N
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;+ v: Z) s& l# m  O( c
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);% {$ w% H4 I( Y* U  p
· Excellent organizational skills;
