+ Z; V: C. g9 C* _$ GThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
' E6 H! Y: _% q6 T9 I& l/ @person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining1 g! z! E2 M  N: s
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

  t6 p3 |% d" S# Y4 HResponsibilities:
2 M- G- x7 u! i/ l6 l* j$ `. k5 ~· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
  P5 Y  ]" c4 y* M& [& Y· Verify pricing and availability of product;5 ]- S7 ?* e* [, t
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
7 J9 e* ~1 B8 ^4 O( u· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;( N  N( D3 J9 `1 f! l
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
1 y$ R2 b- x) @  Z; {. Q" |· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
* X$ L, v, J, {9 B1 Z- _1 R$ f; x· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;( j7 x+ V) h* r- J1 U. g- v& C
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
" h' ?0 ~* e" o: E9 V" Q/ ~# h! jdatabase;
! |1 @1 u5 a, v: a) h· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
1 @' G- l( n9 x4 x! `6 h· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;+ C+ |* k: E" U7 A8 M1 y
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
  Q$ D/ K# ?; `, BQualifications/Requirements:
  I; d- v5 c/ Y( f! d  g- P' |' I, W/ W· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
2 p# N, [- M& G4 I- J) K3 qlasting relationships with customers;
& J6 D4 T" t8 o% _& y2 m" {  o3 g& q1 @· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
! [% P0 r" O+ W& S5 @· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
1 g9 Z) d. g. q· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
' O9 a: R" I0 R- N: H% H4 `· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
' M1 Y; f. G# ?/ J' a" J) x· Excellent organizational skills;
% E# g# R; p' a7 m8 P( M· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;
