Role/Function:
2 G1 @& _* K8 b, gThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
; _& h: s2 o9 K% k* Aperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining) t5 m+ c. I# o K
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet% o1 a3 u4 E1 u! k
client demands are key components of this position.

' D( ?7 J4 g7 O d# L· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
1 a' m9 o: M4 g4 l- g7 P( v· Verify pricing and availability of product;
; r( ]1 l2 W/ x$ }· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
3 @' V; b- j2 u. J' e+ F: j# q6 l· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
' g! C1 O1 ]/ K; d8 N· Collect payments for cash account orders;
) R+ U2 M$ F. h! c· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
( N8 c6 B$ Z7 g0 F* V· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;" R; p: t# }- D% {, U$ `" }. E s
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate6 z" H# u/ y- P, M: \
database;
) n" }; x1 Z1 F# o+ ]9 T· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
& y: g8 W" G9 S1 ]! J· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;( |: D9 I/ N$ {' {
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;- |7 ~1 O' h8 ?/ k
Qualifications/Requirements:
+ |9 V# R: o( {4 ^; y· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
% R) B3 ^4 c1 u. V9 slasting relationships with customers;
8 N' v" f" V9 t- @' F, V* |· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
$ g% W* \- u/ Q8 L- q5 p5 u· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;% G G! f- g9 i9 b/ Z# X% w9 w
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;* M6 k" t$ } \6 `, o9 p" I. T& H. y
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
1 P" p; H0 j# x+ z9 Z8 a& \· Excellent organizational skills;
