1 g1 p" ?9 N& {8 @2 R( aThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
2 W# G; L6 _9 ~$ bperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
, e* N, Q. Q9 {1 }relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet$ n' V  U- d& V2 r
client demands are key components of this position.6 Q/ Y" A" `9 \$ N+ G
Responsibilities:
" _0 b  Y' _& K3 Y. S9 n' }$ R· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;+ h/ B! b4 ]" o; n2 |/ s
· Verify pricing and availability of product;7 P$ u9 P; z  `5 O: d$ b
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;; J6 g% r' \0 X  E$ I0 P/ {; `* a
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
" y* ~7 A  h5 W% Y· Collect payments for cash account orders;5 b7 Q- N* h+ w+ i
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;- o- V3 K5 p# S9 m- D( Z8 l! \7 X
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;: ^4 S: f  [( t3 X% u8 _
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate; ?2 z2 t* d6 K' [
database;
. L6 n# W+ t9 |0 i· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;+ x# p( v1 Z5 F  @: i
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;3 v# v8 A" k- I3 q& K
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;5 H8 C0 G3 Z9 _3 q9 E" N
Qualifications/Requirements:* D0 ]" h7 I4 ?3 p/ d
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain, I5 ^0 I' ?. f# x- O# G
lasting relationships with customers;
0 ^4 ?6 i- ^; \: b1 y1 |· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;- G- m2 y  r- ^- A# B
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;' Q4 [6 q4 a* ?& q( I
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
5 L9 o3 h0 P) z% s3 j' l· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);' A. N  Q- u: g* m
· Excellent organizational skills;2 e1 |3 Y, s. ?! B1 @9 f
