2011年9月2日埃德蒙顿消息：据埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会发布的数据，近四年以来，独立屋（SFD）的平均售价保持异常稳定。近四年，8月份的平均房价，最高为2008年的$372,000，最低为2009年的$367,700。今年8月独立屋的平均价为$370,438。价格变化略微超过1个百分点。
