IF we agree that English is a concern to your son but not a concern to your decision of coming or not, the only benefit of coming here is to save tuition fee. If you don't care about the money, stay in China maybe a good choice.

! D9 v3 H# y, A7 u9 H, z. kJust for your information, I have seen some families chosen mom and kids staying here and daddy back to china for career. The kids all came here before grade 10. Most of them I have seen turned out to be good. Moms now already gone back to china and kids stay here for universities.
