Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
Camp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)

Duties:
! P( B+ t- S0 {& G) fTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
6 h: ~( n( \) P Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
( I; ?0 z5 T0 H. U Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
! p" k) A' y3 d3 H0 K) h Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
. ?9 b) p$ y, T, ]5 h2 W  _" R4 u Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
- i) _  x/ y( q% o1 \; H0 b Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
% X# h0 w' |. k: X A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
* z# j  |2 E0 l4 w Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
