The Position
The Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit: A Capital Campaign for 630 CHED Santas Anonymous, is looking for a
( N. k5 [* O5 H$ F3 _skilled and professional office administrator to join our capital campaign team.
& a" \+ S. c' m* @' `+ ^Duties and responsibilities
General
• Handles communication by telephone, fax and email
• Is responsible for photocopying and all filing
• Records minutes of meetings when requested by the project leader and manager of marketing and fund
development, distributes and files same
• Participates in maintaining a binder of current administrative procedures

• Assists in the production of Thank you letters and tax receipts
• Updates donor database and compiles weekly volunteer and other reports
• Appointment and meeting scheduling

/ F8 I! q* y2 ]8 j; S' \• All other tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the office
  ~0 m4 d3 c0 W  hAdministration
• Provides administrative support to the project leader and manager of marketing and fund development as
required

) w6 L; Q: Z1 W1 j$ i• Accounts payable complete to checks
• Creates Bank deposits and takes deposit to the bank
- J( \1 f! v6 L4 C- f• Creates and distributes monthly financial reports
Qualifications
( {8 _. _" F  u. T• Skilled use of MS office products including database systems, spreadsheets, word processing and Power Point
• Knowledge of other software products such as financial systems (Simply Accounting) and donor management
! [( W. E2 j& Q2 C4 S4 N/ z0 Psoftware (Income Manager)
• Ability to flex time as required

5 }) [2 ]2 \( j+ v) W4 E$ ^• Requires personal vehicle
Hours of Work
• Part time – 24 hours per week.

* S4 T$ g- V2 Q1 g$ e! b+ ~1 xOnce constructed, the Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit will become a small, working village of charitable
organizations sharing resources and talents for enhanced program delivery. It will provide affordable and dynamic office
and warehouse space to non-profit organizations in need -- and become a legacy of goodwill for decades to come.
