Over last decade, I have used many window upgrade companies. Here are some of my suggestions:- T8 S1 B% Q% b: W0 S- U
- You really need triple-pane windows ,not only for the sound proof, but for the Edmonton winter. The price is not much differnt from double-pane but the performance almost doubled;3 D' L8 V, y5 x
- I have tried many brands of windows, Hometech, Economic Windows, All-Weather windows, Jeldwen (by Home Depot). The best would be Hometech. All-weather is also good but the price is too high lately. I just had one big bay-window by Economic Windows in this April. Looks great but don't know how good for the real winter., N6 K. s' A, o/ o( R7 Q+ J' d' W3 B
- Stay away from craps like Durabuilt or Sunrise Windows. Cheap stuff.+ f7 h6 p: v2 W" |1 I. |
