Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

2 O, c8 t  T8 |2 E8 m) _% WResponsibilities
& r, t' ]' e, F( U+ {•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
& Z5 _+ d0 K7 u/ N•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
2 X& R$ H. F- ]•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
: j: N3 B# g$ o9 l, `•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing
) b6 S5 P2 N0 i. ^
Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
; E, I9 l2 ?8 J0 \  r•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
