This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners# ~, H2 G5 w2 P# L' e
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs" U7 S% A! F% A, u3 K) ?
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
* q- _& J$ R) }# L6 \• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing; s; L) o- \ [+ K9 M

Preferred Qualifications. P1 m( L; g& v) |- a- V0 r
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
. [+ I* x1 t& q9 l! }4 M• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse 3 G$ I m( B+ Q' w8 Z
• Experience in project management & report writing
& j3 o- |' ^* ^4 g2 d+ ^• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable% R9 V" ~7 D( z% n. {# X
