Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

2 Q7 O1 S* m( z. @7 i3 W0 CResponsibilities
. J! x5 N, k# B5 `1 k8 E•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
* w! A1 P  w6 {; Q  W0 P3 o+ `5 G0 M•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

+ j# |9 v# X+ @0 DPreferred Qualifications
) X6 I& V, s$ A  m$ c- p2 H: [# u( S; P•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
