Position Summary:
" m! K" ^+ l! {        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
& Y8 f" g* \' ~) b4 G: Y* w% K•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

5 c2 w6 u- A& {" j+ ]) w1 ^Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
2 j9 O' n/ y6 t) E3 A- Z% K& `4 o; G5 b•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
