Position Summary:
5 g# a* d' g2 y This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
. [6 r, ]. h. G& k: n8 x+ e• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs$ [4 j% w. }/ J* D' k2 ?6 d
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols2 p- \* R x2 b' J
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field0 u: P6 c- O: w* |: b
• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse ; u) g/ _1 J+ B1 U
• Experience in project management & report writing 9 t! m( y2 w' n( Z6 i$ c# F9 ~( U2 g
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
