Position Summary:
4 K8 g' g/ t; W& S* y1 @7 w        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

! Z* Z3 ?" Z4 g# tResponsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols

0 N& y+ w6 h% E* W; \# N•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
