2011年6月2日埃德蒙顿消息：根据埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会数据，5月份本地独立房的价格、康兜的价格、平均房价、库存量与销量全面上涨。

* f' p9 D$ h' B- }3 Y# o“今年本地房市与我们在一月份发布的预测十分吻合”，埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会主席Chris Mooney表示：“对比历史上的五月，房屋从上市到售出所需的时间是50天，是最近4年第二低点；挂牌销售比为53%，第二高点。各项数据显示，目前市场较为乐观。”
