Duties & Responsibilities: + G4 x/ J3 r+ J" V- S
§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers 0 d' A) Z; k8 j
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- {+ O1 g$ y* t5 ~1 @2 V J- P8 f§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays " _7 c7 d7 b! i6 ]: Y* G
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis / K. C( |. F* o' K+ _: Z/ W
1 y/ }* D3 ?. T: \. \Preferred Education & Qualifications:
$ C1 L7 o5 I! V§ High School Diploma / q( _# U7 w' e" Q. M" f) i) N
§ Valid Drivers License 1 n3 p( ^4 g# g1 q$ @0 d
§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
' c$ j# M$ b5 h& s§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge - g8 s3 L! o% |8 ?1 @
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
