Duties & Responsibilities:
/ B9 I) F: K( T" o4 t§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
  @) O$ c! R6 K9 ]# h§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
& k5 B3 \) m) A* p1 a1 a. F
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
( A' e6 Z4 a* f' t§ High School Diploma
§ Valid Drivers License
0 P- U, N5 r5 u+ v+ P1 h§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
8 k8 e+ K+ I5 p% G' O§ Ability to use computers
5 ~' g. P4 ], f0 O$ v2 Q- Y§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
