Duties & Responsibilities:
3 z3 l9 W9 C0 o3 O% P§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
& o) ~2 Q8 Z) T; ^, ]  _$ k3 [2 t§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
" N' D2 \/ D4 }4 t* F; O
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
8 }0 h8 L7 U, J- \: ]( u) `§ High School Diploma
  L1 A. [6 |1 L) d* R' n§ Valid Drivers License
8 S3 h; j$ O0 r§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
. n1 T* s" |' {4 P5 g) e. `§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
§ Ability to use computers
# L5 G9 |: l# M" K' b§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
; H& m8 o6 z) t7 `9 o0 O0 Q) V; X
