§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
6 {; C4 r0 s2 O1 ?( S# w§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
) U8 g3 R' u/ s, @1 K4 e* v! U§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

0 n$ _) f2 z2 J: D) s6 Y, {3 ^2 tPreferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
§ Valid Drivers License
§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
! Q% ~, K5 u2 D§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
# U5 a& d. y4 U# @§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
7 K* J# `* A$ F2 y3 O& f§ Ability to use computers
! p8 h9 z6 ]7 ~# p# ?' [- _  f2 A§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
