: T( N% G$ u K2 n# ^- promote the Centre’s ISP to community organizations, businesses, educational institutions, etc. by in-person presentations, phone or sending relevant information8 b5 i$ A& z+ F' A; \
- promote ISP in various media: newspaper, radio, newsletter, etc.
' b( k& k$ b0 U- develop or update brochures, pamphlets, information packages, etc. for ISP3 x; {6 d% C* q5 k7 W! u
- provide support to ISP staff
) t% v, a! F5 E* k# c" u- recruit new members to the Newcomers Club and maintain existing members3 l9 A+ ]8 C7 \7 `. O
- promote, organize and coordinate the Newcomers Club’s activities/ h \! p& `( K/ z0 f- f& t& K
- outreach in different areas of the city where new immigrants are concentrated
6 n/ J( n6 A9 L- attend meetings relevant to ISP and outreach work to advocate issues and concerns of new immigrants
& ^! G5 ]% A+ Y- adapt to a flexible working schedule to accommodate the program’s goals1 I8 }- P/ k! a# V! V
- fulfill the goals and objectives of ISP as contracted by funder9 j9 K) L; J; O C/ o
- report writing, data collection, conduct evaluations, budget management, etc.) ^5 \$ U/ o, P4 h5 p0 E
- recruit and coordinate volunteers to assist with outreach activities! ?# \9 Y$ w; F
- assist with front counter services as needed and assigned H0 p3 l5 T8 K+ [* }6 c. B

- degree/diploma in social work/human services and eligibility to be registered to area of discipline; relevant experience with community services/projects/immigrants will be considered8 J0 D2 z- f; a) N" A! T+ V
- knowledge of immigrant issues and concerns, community resources and services available2 i( n. W7 G6 q& H9 T) ?4 n6 c
- experience in working with community groups and community liaison workers
% a3 t+ g+ K# d- good computer skills using Microsoft and Chinese software
9 H- P7 V& c- s% x$ B- speak & write Chinese (fluent in Mandarin preferred)

- valid driver’s license
