父母大陆探亲一个多月, 最佳手机选择.

I would like to keep in touch with my parents while they are travelling in China; however, it is very expensive if they bring a cell phone from Canada and use it in China.  (Roaming charges would be easily over $ 200 per month.)

Is there a better way?

E.g. buy a cellp hone in China?
