 Assist clients with resume and cover letter development, effective job search techniques, interview skills, and accessing the hidden job market after workshop completion.

 Be required to work flexible hours, with some evening and occasional weekend work

 Responsible for intake, orientation and completion of workability assessments.

 Screen and assess clients’ skills and abilities through a workability assessment.8 o: R8 U! q& r: ]
 Determination of which stream of services most appropriate for the client.1 p3 E3 \  ~9 I! c: W
 Provide referral information on other services that may be more suitable for the client.+ V& e. O1 H. W8 f. E
 Cooperatively with the client, develop an individualized service plan.

 Assist clients in maintaining a job or in identifying barriers/issues that keep clients from obtaining/maintaining employment
1 g9 y& w6 U2 k5 r Assist clients with obtaining required documentation for working in their profession in Canada

 Complete 90 and 180 day follow up with client after training completion
