FUNCTION:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
' ~+ b: g* V3 z+ C• Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms. & j+ W& P& X5 _+ M* r8 K8 O. R
• Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
: K6 m$ k1 ?% `! U' N, Y+ D4 s• Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

$ Q$ E4 s8 w% RSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
; m$ F$ Z% W( ? G• Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.( l" Q3 \& y; _% i9 J2 H- t
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes. X" `% S1 U2 E# `8 A+ R! l
• Minimum of two years of directly related experience.# v, T/ u5 s* G. t9 N
• Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
