FUNCTION:
) e4 b9 K2 f3 V  o; Y6 v) V2 pThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
, e/ z  M% g. E& o4 a•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
& x+ @+ Q7 q  n•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.
! d; q; `& H& Q+ v( Y
" Z7 u+ E+ v1 X0 jSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
; a4 M5 H  L/ J•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.

•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
