FUNCTION:
) x7 E, l4 ^: t- C7 Q, Y, f' bThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

; M" K3 e/ T: M1 ADUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
, Q: |6 \7 z2 _- v; ~" u•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
7 W3 s. r1 H8 E! l- g+ w3 t5 a2 X* |" Z•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
1 K  J& i8 Z/ O" c; g7 E+ E•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
; ]2 S' ?# l* Z0 S3 |: F•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
  O" D) Y1 {4 z•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
: T, K/ N" P+ o8 ^•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
