FUNCTION:
2 Y# s( M. J3 s' k' \0 `This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

0 \+ ?) k, y8 t  mDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
- A% L9 i$ I! x•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

, D, W3 ]/ A9 bSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
' ^+ f& K9 ]6 u; B& C4 P•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
9 t" T) K- \3 s•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
( N& [5 c! s' c% x% _% d9 g9 m6 Y•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
