我无论输不输入Unused tuition fees and education amounts from previous years，tax不变，难道Unused tuition fees 不起作用？谢谢。

如果你今年收入低，或是本来就没交什么税（奖学金收入），那你的学费就帮不到你什么忙了。但是可以留着以后收入高的时候再用。

When you finish your tax return, did you check Schedule 11?
