Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team+ f$ B: T/ F/ P2 a# V
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal0 ]( ^- [. U: I. e |: S; T O
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
4 F K1 ]8 J' O* g) a* \4 K+ M* E7 a+ O
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.. m# q4 h/ G/ e) m" o4 s

Job Qualification
* {. c; Z0 Y k0 v! @- }* u, `Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services% B" ? v/ {+ ^) }
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
! k1 ]. `' q- C6 \ w9 |+ mSchool)
1 m) M1 s9 ?/ m, k" o! a% ?5 BMust have supervisory experience! V, l$ f6 E4 h7 _
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
5 j* q3 ^. H3 e! S: X P8 V/ OMust be computer literate% p8 `9 C7 i$ o; O
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.) R6 u- w$ o; {1 M: }$ ]7 l* }
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network8 n. m2 U0 N, T- G- j
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
+ B$ ^5 X% w: r5 e' YMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
