1 \. [+ w9 w5 w3 w9 D* zplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
9 M( m8 m/ T" v2 }" jMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).: {) w: g7 ?2 A7 u8 C
1 U- u+ W: u& u( M) u- a. BTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit. ) J1 Y! L! E% K& o3 m) WJob Qualification
' K! F5 X, L6 u- ^Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
' E! u) V/ e) r( i* {8 zMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
) G0 q0 \8 K, j2 Z1 F4 FSchool)
. Q0 i: s7 C' Q& j+ M/ {) c( ]Must have supervisory experience( f2 O1 J0 [8 s6 |, n. ^
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
: j; ]) ~+ _* Y! l" B. l2 p3 `Must be computer literate6 r( m4 P' x, A4 P2 P ~& E
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.5 R* @9 h6 Q n( f4 q; D; |
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
4 ?7 r$ o5 C. ZMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills* F% T0 E+ _: R) x
