Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. ! o: {: v8 }: i% e" H/ {! `+ f1 A! NUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
- Q; L! ~' t  V8 E- M# ?Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

0 A) B% ]4 K. X( d2 dTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
* `5 y# ~, K* O6 z0 y8 hMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
5 f3 M0 E! X6 g! S4 c! }School)
Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
+ K+ [4 d) O2 L2 N/ gMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
