Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
$ [/ r6 T9 B0 C/ bMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
8 e6 w( {  Z3 Z
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

4 {4 O5 s1 g0 s6 U  a1 B8 CJob Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
8 r/ t, K1 J. B8 Q9 [Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
3 H5 M, M4 P% X( iSchool)
" j$ u8 k: }7 U( U7 dMust have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
8 u4 w$ V: u; @+ fMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
' ?  T0 @- T: l7 m4 ?. UMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
+ V5 }) D2 v/ w+ g7 Q" gMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
