The cloth is soft and very smooth. It has a strap extending from the collar bone and it is being tied at the back. This BRAND NEW blue, purple and pink dress is light and perfect for a casual or semi formal occasion. It is knee length and has two black straps.7 Y! a# W' X4 S
9 N! ^: W& g& A! oHere is another semi to formal dress. It is beautifully ocean blue and has a chain of flowers down to the hips. It has one strap on the left shoulder, which holds up the dress for those of you who don't like strapless dresses.5 g `& v# j/ _" X& ^, e

It has beautiful floral designs extending to the waist and puffs out a bit at the bottom. It is very shape flattering and brings out the waist.
