  I+ \# E, i: AJob Description/Main Duties:
$ _+ g: W' w, s1 I- z' X7 \3 J-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
5 D3 R  }+ M, j& _  E5 X$ U-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
/ {" ?' K9 p+ D/ i# B-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

Employment Requirements:

5 Q3 o- t9 M) u* y( B& ^-        Completion of secondary school is required
* ]: M' o( P4 g5 C# B- m" A-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
* n! M- L  u: M! Y-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
