Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

, {; b0 D: n" @Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
/ M  ~+ n/ a* F: n-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
! j. ]" y6 t" Z$ l! Y$ W- n-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
' x$ Y$ Q, j$ G% M' Q6 l-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
$ @' m1 Q: B7 ~6 i5 f* n) \# ^, i" J-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
9 h0 u1 h% c; P2 C0 q- k5 R-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

-        Completion of secondary school is required
0 E5 |0 |. P& W/ e" `* r-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
8 W! J% L$ m2 O4 d5 Q-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
+ n  l0 t; s( H$ n1 I-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
