Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
4 e5 ?) C) C+ Q' _3 M: W-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
  P' W; K4 G$ B6 _* v-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
: X! e- S7 D6 Y' v-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:
" s# _$ l- o% R/ I2 P- w6 C
) H) ]' ^- Y9 M9 G-        Completion of secondary school is required
3 n; s" P7 C, \2 {6 }% A! q$ {-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
; e3 B! n8 M" a/ k! f1 W-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
6 S: O4 s: X5 v2 U-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
