Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

# Y4 ?; l: l2 U$ n3 R! ?7 |* d-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
$ `- @/ y0 q  I' D-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
. ^6 L5 k5 k* e# F-        Sell merchandise to customers
' r  c3 U% l. I- ~, X6 o9 F* R! x-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
$ c; j" ]9 F5 D! O) R: f! b/ }0 Z# L-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
& \+ L' L7 D0 ]" r-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
- T7 @: I, F* h$ S-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
% i1 c( k6 y- Y3 H# k3 K! b-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
