Job Description/Main Duties:
5 i% F* s6 ]" f' M2 \% r1 i-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
2 ?7 e9 J$ a! U  H: _-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
7 X. Y0 G0 r8 j3 K# W( \1 P# E-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
" o2 z0 A9 T6 L2 a) P: q5 K6 Z' A-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:
0 {! ~4 B6 |/ A3 T2 z6 ?; J0 j
- Y* q7 G; r' w-        Completion of secondary school is required
1 @! |  I. M2 {9 O( @-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
