-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
1 k0 f: x& q. l/ m$ r# I7 P' V-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
7 H9 L% o, f! [$ B/ W-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
* X1 {% P% w9 h# A/ b0 b' m-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
* E5 U9 g6 ?; y- I; g  g-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

$ e* q; w/ \  c0 G, k-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
7 e  m! X! H$ E0 G8 ]% x  L- G6 u6 ?5 `-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
# e' ]& t! c, e2 Y-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
