Responsibilities:% [ R+ l- J: ^$ R6 t) v) j
Working as part of a team, this teaching and learning specialist will:
5 L: j& m8 P2 p' ]- q! p Provide research and writing in the development of an online Blended Learning Model.# x% o. F& S8 r+ B: n) c
 Participate in initiatives of the Curriculum Development and Faculty Support.
6 w5 h( z+ x. R/ r. m4 a+ I Work in partnership with a Content Expert to develop an online curriculum in Moodle. 4 ]- M. B7 u" h1 S
Qualifications:1 I9 I) H( {# u- N; ]$ y3 V
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with teaching experience including experience in curriculum development. Some teaching experience in a post-secondary environment is desirable. A high level of knowledge in faculty support, instructional techniques, and/or designing and delivering online learning materials is required. A strong commitment to superior customer service and to a high quality teaching and learning environment as well as excellent skills in project management, consulting, and facilitation are essential. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. |
