小镇的房子实在是太。。。太贵了,口袋里的这俩片辛苦钱总怕打水漂,如果房价在50-60万,我想我会好下决定,如今只能望房兴叹,真弄不明白,几年时间怎么会涨这么多??老大,埃德蒙顿买房有什么好区推荐,我有俩小孩。另外去小镇上班,大家是自己开车,还是搭车?谢谢!

edmonton如果考虑好学区当然还是riverbend,就是好学区的房子都有点老。twinbrooks也不错。如果你的孩子比较大,快要上高中了,aspen gardens那边有个学校很好,但是那个区的房子都又老又贵。要是对学校要求不高,windermere或将成为edmonton最好最有实力的社区。+ R' b. J* F8 h
在edmonton买房的优势是以可以少得多的钱买到大得多的房子,劣势是如果孩子比较小,成长过程中作为父亲这个角色的影响很难发挥,另外做commuter尤其冬天做commuter比较痛苦。

1)孩子大,在爱城买房子利大于弊,孩子小在FMC买利大于弊 ; w N+ |. Y# O8 L7 L- a2)工作性质,干TRADE,在爱城买房子利大于弊,因为干TRADE工作FLY IN ,FLY OUT ,CAMP机会增多4 v2 Z% E+ L& B
3)工作SHEDULE,“半月谈”(一周ON,一周OFF)还是在爱城买房子利大于弊;“新闻周刊”(4/3或者5/2)还是在FMC买利大于弊
If you plan to stay here for more than 5 years or longer, I would say it is better to buy a house and settle down your family here. I do not think it is a good idea to buy a house in edmonton and working in fort mcmurray for long time, both for the family and economic reasons. $ e* s7 n+ T& z& k6 t) ^ 0 Z4 p- `4 P8 d+ A' ASmall town sometimes have a very good side as well though living here is expensive.
