埃德蒙顿今年下半年经济出现复苏迹象

从今年9月起，一些失业的朋友逐渐回到工作岗位。Alberta的失业率也从6月份的6.7%逐渐回落到11月份的5.6%。埃德蒙顿的二手房市场也有类似的表现：6月份的房屋均价为：303.9K;
11月份的房屋均价为338.6K, 共上涨了11%。但截至到11月份的今年房屋销售均价为327.7K, 较去年仅上涨2.7%。不过相比08年本市房价下跌2%, 09年下跌3.5%，今年房价的上涨，值得重视。

10年12月份的数据还没出来，但截至11月份10年埃德蒙顿的房屋销售均价，确实是上涨的。数据来源于省政府网站。

这个数据并不能说明什么问题吧，失业率的下降可以是因为圣诞期间零售业雇佣零时工的原因，这个是每年这个季节都会有的，跟经济大形势无关，而且网站也并未给出人均收入的变化

关于房屋均价，每月的价格浮动可能是由于当月成交的单栋房屋价格变化引起的，没有成交量和更详细的成交价格的数据并不能说明市场走向

8楼，这个帖子只是给出今年下半年的经济好转（包括房市）的事实。并没有预测市场走向。

关于ALBERTA人均收入的变化，该网站明明给出了信息：ALBERTA的10月份收入增长是在全加拿大最高的。

Wages increased in October…
Alberta’s average weekly earnings rose 1.6% in October to a seasonally adjusted $1012.54 following a slight decline of 0.3% in September. The increase was driven by the service sector, as gains were recorded in the arts, entertainment and recreation industry as well as in the management of companies (up to 12% each). The other western provinces, British Columbia (1.6%), Saskatchewan (3.4%), and Manitoba (0.8%), all had positive growth in average weekly earnings. On a year-to-date basis, average weekly earnings in Alberta were up 4.4% in October, exceeding the Canadian average of 3.5%. Alberta’s average weekly earnings remain the highest in Canada.
