* r/ o: j2 ~, I9 [9 [4 \资金证明已经办了，如果推迟提交材料一个月，资金证明没问题吧？

I have a question about the immigration. Is CCPE's EIEAP (Engineering International-Education Assessment Program) still necessary?
If Yes, is that possible for me to submit it later after my application package?
