sexual harassment.

: k- e& B' P& b9 W5 Aabusing two young boys in the 1970s and 1980s when he was a sheriff's deputy
and Boy Scout leader. He was also accused of misusing his office as mayor
to lure teenage boys for sexual relationships. West called the molestation
allegations "flat lies". However he admitted to having private online
  P) e% h& l6 i7 y% nrelationships in the past year through the Gay.com website (see ([3]).

) X2 D# _6 f) Q% O3 v2 K$ z% AWest confirmed the accusations of meeting men over the Internet but denied
/ b9 [" |/ N, r; u7 K3 Q7 Kthe charges that he had sought out minors (see[4]). Using the name "Right-
BiGuy" he allegedly offered internships to young gay men (some of whom were

Colorado; a founder of the Association of Life-Giving Churches; and was

In November 2006, he resigned or was removed from all of his leadership
positions after he admitted soliciting prostitute Mike Jones for homosexual
sex and methamphetamine. Initially Haggard denied even knowing Mike Jones,
; @5 l% R0 z4 Zbut as a media investigation proceeded he acknowledged that some allegations
' ?# E: V& k4 s$ Q% S3 C! J; o5 p, such as his purchase of methamphetamine, were true. He later added "sexual
immorality" to his list of confessions.[2]

After the scandal was publicized, Haggard entered three weeks of intensive
counseling, overseen by four ministers. In February 2007, one of those
  J$ |% o% ~, `, O5 o* h+ Q" I: B! ], e3 [ministers, Tim Ralph, said that Haggard "is completely heterosexual."[3]

embrace his heterosexual side."[4] As of early 2009, Haggard continues to
receive counseling, and now he says that he is a “heterosexual with issues.

wasn't a one-time act."[76] Haggard's successor, Brady Boyd, said the church
reached a six figure settlement with the man, who was in his early 20s at
the time.[78] According to the man, he said the contact was "not consensual"
and this is not about "opening new wounds" it's about a much larger issue.[
