( [) U8 }# r, W6 S; W0 ]6 f" M$ aDelivers, sorts and picks up mail, parcels, courier documents, cylinders, crates, dangerous goods, furniture, tack boards, tables and chairs, surplus equipment, and any related incoming and outgoing items
( i: W7 D5 u6 z* @Obtains signatures, scans traceable items into Palm Pilots upon delivery to departments- Q5 B+ \! v) r
Ensures Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations are followed on TDG shipments inbound and outbound
8 U7 O$ Q7 j0 y; K) t# g7 KPrioritizes workload and requests from dispatcher and team lead9 c' `' @* [$ H% s/ g/ p
Operates University vehicles from small vans to 3-ton trucks, including standard transmissions9 M. U# w, u( H! M$ |$ S5 A
Performs related duties as required

Valid Class 5 drivers license - the successful candidate will be required to provide a Drivers' Abstract and have completed a Defensive Driving course in the previous 2 years.

& I F- p1 i5 y6 }! `Current certification in Transportation of Dangerous Goods; Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) certification
