. v8 {2 G9 F9 ]( f; G0 i7 jAssists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)
6 ]5 j0 v9 U( ], I/ X1 i4 O# d4 O- HProvides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required

Qualifications
/ P P- o! U) |" J# R4 E- }Diploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred1 y* R; U: D8 t2 W
Demonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred
3 ]6 D1 O5 R! r+ y n, \Solid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset p% [* t# W; Q; A' F, _
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred
) {$ G1 `. _ YFamiliarity with object orientated analysis and design and project life-cycle methodologies is a benefit$ p4 T" E7 V0 ^* a
Relevant programming experience using Java, C++, and other programming languages# j1 L& s% X( J9 B+ Y p9 c
