, N, R3 n# H! }! ^* f5 c Coordinate food and recreational programs on and off-site.
8 n/ G) O/ a0 n( G t Provide positive role-modeling and maintaining a healthy atmosphere for the youth.

 Attending scheduled staff meetings and workshops.- U4 [0 e8 j; N7 Z4 F( a2 F$ B
 Following and implementing all program policies and procedures.; y- j1 T a, h* Z! Q
 Maintaining confidentiality of client and program personnel information.

 Maintaining professional boundaries between clients and staff.

Qualifications:

 Some post-secondary education needed OR a minimum 6 months related experience.. W1 u0 m& a/ X6 y& p) u7 C( F1 w$ v
 Strong interpersonal, communications, teamwork, leadership and organizational skills.$ ^* h/ ?) d8 B' k& Y2 ~% N" ~6 ~
 Non-judgemental and empathetic attitude towards high-risk youth.+ K7 h& y" o$ C3 e3 v' d
 Broad knowledge base on issues affecting high risk youth: latch key, addictions, abuse, Aboriginal and other cultures, poverty, sexuality, etc.0 q. n4 w) ^) D7 v0 V: }- @0 I
 Knowledge of community resources.
7 u- C% {( Z' V2 ^4 i6 l6 v Criminal Record Clearance and Child Welfare Information System Clearance.0 e( B6 L. V8 Y. I. z, y) a
 Standard First Aid and Suicide Intervention Training. ; e8 @& s4 A8 H

8 J4 \% h$ d ]$ _0 w t0 W7 CThis is a part-time position; 15hrs/week; with a combination of afternoons and one weekend shift per month; at an hourly rate of $12.50;
