The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

0 A) N( c' h6 M• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required+ ^# r, D6 T) F7 i
• Answer multi line telephone system

$ O* ]+ Z/ J, s- I. `• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads( I) }2 R7 b& {/ E5 Y$ z( A
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
- i; o2 @- e$ Q, d' X3 j. f, |• Input and manage high volume of data
0 i0 Y" r w6 a) s( e: m6 @• Update and maintain databases, j* {! a* F6 O2 K6 T
• Generate monthly reports and statistics, Y' w) S7 g1 Y6 V
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
% h) l7 I' h! G# e) x( |• Process payments and complete weekly deposits$ ~% `1 m4 `; D
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
4 [& n$ l$ _. v' b• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors- Z- f' B- u+ L6 r4 \. A$ D; C
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre6 b# ?* ~* b, {- t1 Z9 T
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients" H) Y. C; c- P2 W7 K( R

Qualifications:6 ~4 f' p t z

• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure5 d3 r. A. F( b: K+ ^
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS ) U: q% l! ^" A2 ^4 g7 j6 i8 ^
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
