The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. 1 G5 T. E$ S H0 c( u6 F3 }

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

, {& W9 y( L# w& B1 @2 @) V• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
$ f2 E9 v; b$ {• Answer multi line telephone system

/ K# o1 C, [* S! nAdministration:
$ T1 m) F, _- I• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
5 y6 `+ J; b: Y+ Z8 x2 @( q• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
( I6 S9 W# m) J• Input and manage high volume of data2 V* S. Y. W! i0 u5 m+ T# h
• Update and maintain databases
1 H0 M: c) ?2 X9 N# p) c. }• Generate monthly reports and statistics: Z/ u3 Q4 ~& ^3 t: I
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
2 _: v7 f1 L* a# J0 H3 o• Process payments and complete weekly deposits) M+ z. J# L" _0 N% | q- |. A
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
% v' m; j3 o& e• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors
/ x) J9 I) G' {0 M. b/ m. U, }0 ]• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre

) s$ ]/ `5 J6 X A$ q. `0 S6 A) l ?• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure- T4 N& x9 ]" `# z, Y6 x
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS

( U# r! b& U" t3 w+ {# L• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work" K% h' ~# S! G1 t2 z2 Y& r
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population% p: k' }. R p! K; |
• Strong customer service skills- Z% A- K2 s; z8 S: n! ]* ?9 S' [
• Strong organizational skills and abilities
