The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals.  The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. 3 R: Y- _0 ], l% a3 I

" d1 x: v. b' gThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday.  The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team./ t8 E( O9 @4 U3 a

! I  I/ p2 L. ]- V% vReception:0 f. Q0 v6 v: n, X4 e* d+ W
•        Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as         required
' ^' D+ }- H* Z+ N$ i•        Answer multi line telephone system
1 ?! V) ]$ A) G, E2 {8 j7 ]( K! m2 z7 G) Y2 ~) ?
Administration:7 _5 e2 i; j' F" F7 m
•        Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
( J! F- O* H& t1 M3 K" {# {8 u•        File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits) d) [1 r& a8 |3 |( v2 `
•        Input and manage high volume of data
' K4 x. v+ ]& s: g+ Y* s•        Update and maintain databases
' c7 |: }& b6 i6 w+ r( T3 E+ d•        Generate monthly reports and statistics! n# k3 x% v4 B& M; V$ t
•        Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
# b; H  ?! ^$ `, g( o2 C8 H; \3 N•        Process payments and complete weekly deposits$ o$ k" _4 O: N0 B$ ]7 {/ P4 B9 O
•        Write and revise business correspondence and forms
5 w3 `$ _$ i# s7 o•        Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail         outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors' U6 s- G, n! R  C  g4 v8 K+ x
•        Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre! m6 z' U6 r9 g& }- H- w
•        Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients0 g# u8 V, I& Y

Qualifications:
# q9 C: Z) a* p$ m* [& U1 S$ e6 ^1 t- m! G; ~3 b7 [& }
•        Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure/ Y" k. W' e# E# Z
•        Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS 1 R0 K7 x% m6 X7 P4 e- ^
•        Excellent verbal and written communication skills' l9 [. l& P4 V9 h3 P( Z, w
•        Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
9 [  F: A  W9 Q; A- l8 h•        Able to interact positively with a diverse population3 y- t& r' |% L' ]+ P, c
•        Strong customer service skills
/ d2 ]' G; _3 R5 d0 V•        Strong organizational skills and abilities$ _$ ^6 v- z: Q
•        Knowledge of HOMES database an asset
