Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
' \8 V. W' m5 A z1 N; L6 t; m5 yservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing % A% y, G0 N3 A9 L
their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first 6 M& e" l9 k9 N4 ]
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
- C$ M9 a6 g8 \, F, d" y' CEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a # O4 x4 v. H4 R
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 5 |" J" W7 G9 ?1 ?$ F% }9 q
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
3 h+ |2 Y6 b2 Y2 A. {. Qare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 6 s" k: t+ x8 j8 j; D
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
: d" o' u) J2 r7 D- o0 \7 a# G paccountable to the project coordinator. + F; K; Y. r! n
( X+ n G. N5 {6 MThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own " R) Y/ ]8 |0 E' X5 l
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ) W2 y z1 u2 W) B$ K4 r' c8 Q
Keen ability to organize and lead

9 A$ n" _3 q. JRelate well with other youth and adults ! `+ y( v3 f, x7 l3 p/ b z5 U
Willing to be mentored and trained
