Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
4 k" J3 f) K$ \3 iservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
2 d6 z9 y5 Z3 j7 t: |5 W! T% vtheir development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
0 y( c, D- I7 t: d5 uhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
. J) l1 @9 T8 o8 J+ t# l' z( M- s- ?Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
2 W* x0 Z0 e) tare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be

6 i3 h# A/ E- n# ~, T1 [0 K6 cThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
% V8 k' y" [: i) F5 d/ URelate well with other youth and adults
- B9 h( m3 p5 `# MWilling to be mentored and trained

Salary  
+ _7 F; X- p0 s+ Q. f; d1 L$15 per hour plus benefits
