Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
4 k" J3 f) K$ \3 iservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
0 y( c, D- I7 t: d5 uhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
. J) l1 @9 T8 o8 J+ t# l' z( M- s- ?Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a 4 H" C D. }# Q1 n
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 8 t9 n9 H% f1 G5 a6 x9 W
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
2 W* x0 Z0 e) tare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 3 L: }, P" g% G, ~8 M0 y- x K b
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
- W: h+ T) r; r( I/ |$ f% P' b1 a9 S Uaccountable to the project coordinator.

6 i3 h# A/ E- n# ~, T1 [0 K6 cThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own - L' M( R" K I
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ; i! e8 h+ m, C |2 P! ^0 F, A
Keen ability to organize and lead ( Q, v2 Q/ j8 k T, Z, O5 D
Regular attendance at meetings
% V8 k' y" [: i) F5 d/ URelate well with other youth and adults

Salary
