Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach 9 l+ u+ P4 U/ E- w( F6 [
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing 1 x: [! X+ i3 r' z/ n
their development. , ?, S- ]3 ]6 T# D; L* `
, z% y1 K+ Z9 N. P$ i0 m
Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
+ h% g2 R4 H5 zhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
& U; p! i+ }1 w3 S2 x! ]6 S! JEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
4 m- L% B# L$ d b7 i: Xyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
5 Z! `- |* c# P$ [( C/ qin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
0 T9 s! u$ N2 A; n3 tare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
; A8 b! L! e$ [6 ]1 V* Qbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be $ `. q2 r! `3 Z' n
accountable to the project coordinator.

: `# f+ V3 o4 s( yThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
/ y+ z+ K6 J1 P8 Z7 C+ _5 F$ j: ischedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is 8 E) Y6 E, R2 b9 r6 h1 ^, F/ p1 _
desirable.

Qualifications 4 B5 @6 K1 L, b1 W c. t( L! M
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
$ S5 U) I( K2 G8 tKeen ability to organize and lead
* L; D! b4 S) g9 yRegular attendance at meetings 4 q' ?4 w8 S0 @4 ]* i7 y& R ]
Relate well with other youth and adults , i- J% n: T Z7 w8 l0 ]9 e4 O
Willing to be mentored and trained " _5 ]; Z% o' c k# U/ X4 m( }

Salary
