services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing ! f* G* Y+ { k% _# w8 n
their development.

+ A1 s9 p# Q" a# B+ }' Y5 P# g# [Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first ) T) |, m! I& i5 f1 r
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
8 {; ]& h* v; Z/ lEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
# B( B, Y H) ~) |) E6 | k% Kyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
1 t2 |0 R; @8 S, ~* rin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
4 T9 A, E7 `) m/ ^+ }1 z2 _9 vare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 9 n) U5 i$ u* J M0 \" Q3 f
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be 3 P. }. T* b( d4 [" L3 C6 A; a
accountable to the project coordinator.
/ Y& J4 z& g/ f. K % }- D/ G( }4 }. `
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own ! A$ N4 V, F$ s! X& d9 w* }
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is ! n8 L0 p4 C% [: b x' [) V
desirable. . F. q: g1 Z1 F1 m2 K4 H

Qualifications
$ h% G; Z. p0 h' d5 ^! Q18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ; G- s( O t1 h7 N
Keen ability to organize and lead
; |9 y# I3 G9 c7 @7 h7 uRegular attendance at meetings
: y- J; \* D7 G& w. I& w A6 f# a& URelate well with other youth and adults
/ a% X, R1 ^1 q/ \Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary
) T7 x7 l+ f* f$15 per hour plus benefits
