Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
1 ^9 {+ ]6 z8 f' Y9 W' uservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
& a: h) ]9 Q. Q, R# Fhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth $ z. ?) E0 U8 V2 B/ K4 q: L
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
! `- P9 Y# h1 s2 T# y# Qyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
# T( x/ E0 Y9 W( jin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You d0 g1 W+ _( R, y
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 4 p! ^6 {4 F8 U0 ~
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
0 H% O4 S) g) b% Vaccountable to the project coordinator. 9 Y# W1 y* l" |# ]9 ?

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own o9 z; t' z5 O+ N
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is & i! D j2 E7 g i7 F
desirable. ! Y3 E+ P- ~6 R0 ~4 w% @+ B

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills a# P$ k( ^: R# c$ ?+ }5 t/ C
Keen ability to organize and lead

( z6 T* n2 U& _" m" lRelate well with other youth and adults
