8 U, F% c; R% J; LTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach 6 _3 i' ~' C1 k9 |; H4 z
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing n& M! K! ~" V$ `, x9 a* r- s
their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first % H( i- t Y' Q! J/ o. e
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth ( n6 S3 n( P% ~. C+ Q5 s4 j
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a ]5 w2 l9 D# r( }. `/ B% A
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved ! Q7 Y8 N" Q7 g6 u; G
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
, E* ^' B1 |7 p/ v8 S/ Qare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
, K9 B/ ^6 [6 H# o3 X) c- n9 }balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be $ n( j' e8 @$ J0 `8 s" o
accountable to the project coordinator.

) I* b+ C6 c. ^$ E' q K' ^! `6 iThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
' z4 ]# z: `7 q7 Bschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is 9 H7 R7 h, l, y1 U4 y1 |% N" @

Qualifications
- M1 n- ^/ W: {* |4 F18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
+ J+ V6 [8 L# M; a; c5 E7 K# \Keen ability to organize and lead
, X% D6 o2 s( U- XRegular attendance at meetings ' D3 B3 ] c; D- v& ~; p
Relate well with other youth and adults
. g! G$ E/ X u4 b$ p* QWilling to be mentored and trained

Salary
; L6 o8 z c6 ^3 D$15 per hour plus benefits
