- Checking guests in/out
) k- G+ L& u( y1 V- Answering guest inquiries regarding hotel services* f- `4 u- @6 x) T. D0 @3 [
- Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints
- O0 d# C+ ]1 ^1 S- Answering telephone calls and handling/ balancing cash # f, F9 B7 B7 j4 O7 w7 z5 I3 ?3 L6 C2 z
- Balance credit card machine
7 Z" m3 \0 Q, M5 r* j0 Z- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments . S% [7 A0 Y0 R6 d5 G, \/ L5 N) u
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems 7 e, j+ J4 S& ]& H0 `8 b, Y
- Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment& x8 v ?5 h( w6 z+ M5 g
- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and Safety Standards

Skills/Requirements:
/ l: \3 N% Q& m3 R# d# ^- Completion of High School
5 [0 L" v# p0 ^% S7 F- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
8 W( a+ B( _ q7 C5 v; [0 i- Good computer skills
2 d. d, b/ E/ S' c" `) @7 t1 G- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high pressure, high volume environment
8 w2 p& J3 n4 S& a- c' ]- Minimum 1 year experience, strong guest service skills
