8 b& h; D4 Z5 Q•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
2 I. Z, C2 \. {•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
8 M! ?: W# E" x/ q$ \& m$ Z$ F/ q3 u•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
, n2 R, d+ d7 ?8 r•        Serve food and beverages
$ @$ X4 R& g% p, s3 K' V& H•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
+ O6 d7 Z" B2 l0 D) h3 `•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
& b+ m# W; {+ H•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

$ }3 m' N$ m" C+ M  oEmployment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
