Job Description
•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
3 n$ W6 K7 ?/ M$ N  d) N/ S0 r; O•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
5 l7 {. ]5 p7 d) z7 v! M•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
0 p# `/ V. y8 \3 `8 w* K0 y5 ~•        Banquet room set up/tear down
, l7 }7 U% [5 r( u; l' T•        Cleaning of work area
2 t/ K0 p4 ?* Q, W1 O•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
  U) |8 s* x+ Z3 q: K5 `0 e' H•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
5 a: N# a+ G1 L9 O+ M•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
