Job Description
/ b& N1 ?  Y4 h•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
) q( r5 v* S: J5 H1 O* C* N•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
8 H' H  n6 g' N' u( a( @: m0 _0 x' z•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
4 n$ J+ j+ A: _) T' m  K•        Cleaning of work area
7 S- E: C* O4 g5 Z: N: `( r•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
5 E# C8 E9 n  |+ @$ Q( c•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
* M1 u( t3 R, I* m. j! M( s•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player

! Y/ K8 w* o4 |+ U# W) O( z# W•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
