Job Description
, z; h' B# b% x6 v; Q•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
9 D, M; B. o7 x' H•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
; g& h  p3 J  J; p) L8 r•        Serve food and beverages
9 p  r% O( B# e: h1 Z0 W•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
& U( e* c# C" V/ Z0 `•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
! p! H9 N& A- S- t•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

+ @2 [0 o9 _* n& x•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively

•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
