•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
, V  e; A! S% C9 V; i3 d•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
% e: _4 ]& Z& e, T- C•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
4 J1 f2 A; V5 T•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
/ a; F/ R# H  Y: l1 {•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player

•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
