Job Description
" H& _0 Q5 ~1 O1 H•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
5 e2 v; W, G3 T0 t) Q) _5 w( B•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
3 b1 w; }4 H/ n9 @1 j3 j•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
$ U* l" p: _9 @  f! W/ n•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
