• Pilot plant design with other professional engineers;

• Mechanical Codes/Standard elucidation;! d4 M% l6 A/ C ?9 B- O
• Others.

Qualifications:# g# w5 s2 t/ J1 m
• Mechanical Engineering Graduate of a Master’s or PhD program within five years of application date OR graduate student expecting to complete Master’s or PhD degree requirements within three months. . b$ ], m* V3 p9 o6 }; Z: }0 |& v
• Equipment design experience is required;
% b) c$ \ v, K8 j: N: N8 Q& v• Familiar with mechanical Codes/Standards; knowledge of electrical Codes/Standards is helpful;/ U z9 ~% @, Z. p; _5 G+ T# F% n/ h9 c
• Familiar with CAD software;, K2 ?/ G% U f4 Q
• Fluent in English, and knowledge of Mandarin is useful;! v+ O1 L5 ~7 `9 b
• Fabrication, engineering and postdoctoral experience are assets.$ o5 i t$ t L( ^6 s

Compensation:
4 ~3 G4 A" Y& k0 g7 R9 FSuccessful applicant of Alberta Ingenuity Industry r&D Associates will be awarded a $55,000 stipend per annum and a yearly allowance of $7,000. The total award value over two years is $124,000 from Alberta Ingenuity with opportunity for permanent position and stock option from the company after two years’ term. # O* @' T' O' s1 G1 ?0 K$ m" j- k
