Term: 1 year contract5 w( w3 j3 e& f" m
Hours of Work: Part-time: 21 hours per week

0 M: e3 ]7 H7 u4 U* F" n% YJob Description
' K2 H% W  C5 Y1 L) k" m4 l& C  u: D-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.' W, l; |% o! J' w
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker$ R/ l# t8 I7 z6 X9 R1 ?. l. q  O: t
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team( l) z) _; |. L' |8 W; J
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
( w1 W+ s7 W0 _; }: E/ j) S-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception; Y$ H4 A3 i) p% e* y) Q% G

Qualifications:
; I9 h- \$ \0 D1 N-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
0 N7 @  i6 K5 m& O) d-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
2 X% U7 P7 }& ^. W( {-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
+ a6 U) E5 T' N; q3 F9 U/ y-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
( r; F9 `5 F/ _2 r& o: w) z-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check9 D9 U4 R* t9 Z1 T8 ~
