Job Duties / Responsibilities
As Rotating Equipment Discipline team member
8 X8 N) |6 o7 q, {. i• Representation at area production meetings to report and address machinery issues.
" n' ]5 p, B$ j! p# ^. Q: r0 r• Trend machinery component failures and develop solutions for improving mean time between failures.
. C$ }: H) W) G. c$ |- x( [4 ^• Liaison with maintenance, operations, technical, vendor and EPC representatives.
, u# i. F8 m' `3 _• Assist with condition monitoring programs such as vibration and lube analysis.
/ e% c0 k+ v* a• Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
• Equipment criticality analysis and equipment care plan development.
