• Familiarize with the assigned process units5 F; ]+ D" ~+ ]+ M3 O& B4 {
• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
( x3 g$ w4 p" s) @• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.- ~& ]- K$ v# T* a+ N
• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
, y q( o0 u0 L( X1 }• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation; T/ @. F1 W& u c
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
& O ]: n1 M1 [5 ~$ j• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers* i6 z0 L- Z& W( L# T l8 n
• Take up small study projects and prepare reports
