Job Duties / Responsibilities. R( v+ }1 n5 G8 Y) {! c
• Familiarize with the assigned process units
8 {* }, s) w' ~- B• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
' T% h& q5 L' b6 k" _: ]1 D• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
7 n% ~$ O6 A k* h• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc., f% L2 z7 G$ K% T1 x% z' E
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation& h( K# S! `+ R3 f* Y# j ]
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
/ i1 W, s9 i, c• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers5 F; L* Q9 {: J
• Take up small study projects and prepare reports' S+ B1 f. T- D W# S% U
