Job Duties / Responsibilities
9 M8 E4 ]" X- C" }& Y" B• Familiarize with the assigned process units
9 ?+ @% n" Q" O+ N2 A. u, U• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
2 C* s1 ]& _/ U, d3 t! s• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
/ q2 Y8 { f& L. K n0 Z: X• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
9 y$ O9 p' d+ c) W• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
7 Y. u5 o1 s9 a h9 ]• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.

• Take up small study projects and prepare reports. y! ?8 u7 }( `& V
