Job Duties / Responsibilities# B+ H( i6 j R: q0 S' H" b& ^% p
• Familiarize with the assigned process units
0 s0 C- F% ^' A2 D( a1 X• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit. 4 ]' z/ U( u- A- z
• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
+ Q- D6 o& n/ o: b• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
/ _0 ] m0 h. F6 O \• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation* L' p$ g9 q8 O$ c
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
\& m( [- i. ?0 t• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
