Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
8 @7 n3 S; i, g( fAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
6 R  a% K+ d: ~. ~; ~# Z, PExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
$ B6 B$ [* @. X5 @4 w, rStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
