Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
1 [4 M  K1 M6 l9 o' c' zPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
( U8 E) ?6 N( uAdult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
8 Q. \& [7 Y7 p4 d. z7 qAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
  K" i$ U$ _( g$ WExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
4 c7 @; }# r8 w5 A1 b: i4 C2 VExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
' _' L* Q* p# N3 uComputer proficiency
2 |3 \2 G+ O% f0 MStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
  w! s6 L( A' \- D8 }9 fDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
