Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
( N  v, C0 s$ F3 QPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
# n5 J4 }3 g; H; N1 YExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
9 D% l1 Y* B4 t( @" d1 YExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
* D7 d( u" A/ C8 w% a! LStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
* [1 \8 v8 L0 ~Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
1 _6 i- |( P# B* W6 \6 _Display positive self-concept
