Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
3 o. ?' f3 R& J T& R5 FUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role ( f" O+ w6 j$ d3 i
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants 3 N/ F5 C# a z
Excellent communication and negotiation skills 1 l, w: s& x; v: p
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
