Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields & z0 @, \7 z: Y% d6 R' [ ^& Z
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
7 L& L, r- z6 u* P0 MExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
. W! w( ]9 |6 a+ t4 V eExcellent communication and negotiation skills ( w+ r3 {! [4 P
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments 8 e+ }3 k& Y; r/ j; _- c/ c
Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market7 X+ ^# O- x) l- C N
