•        What are the parents and the children responsibilities and rights in a Canadian school?
•        How are the children’s skills and learning marked?

EISA wants to help in answering these questions.  So, we are hosting an Information Session to talk about the Canadian School system

•        JR Garzon, principal of Rio Terrace School, was a newcomer to Canada in his childhood
•        Carrie Malloy, director of the documentary “Immigrant parent’s experiences in the school system”,  will be sharing her thoughts and realizations after producing the documentary
1 f2 d" ?' i: H* b•        A High School student who kindly will share his experiences on his first days of school in Canada.

This information session will take place on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at our office. EISA is located at: Suite 201, 10720-113 Street
