Edmonton Real Estate has Great Investment Potential

The Edmonton real estate market continues to attract buyers with record-breaking sales figures and value-priced properties. Multiple Listing Service (MLS ®) figures in June show that real estate sales in Edmonton continue to set records for number of units sold, listings, average prices and total value of sales.
/ L! w% F" d& R/ V. U4 I0 P0 R* A
6 \4 q, B) _* d- G4 \( iTotal residential sales (single family, condominiums, townhouses and duplexes) in June were 1,974 units valued at $369 million. This is 13 units higher than May figures (which also set an all time record) and 17% higher than June 2003. Year-to-date figures reflect four months of record-breaking sales and at the midpoint of the year total $1.7 billion with 9,470 home sales. |
