7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.+ f [# Q* Z; W% U' B* L6 Z% h( i- @
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight1 t. ^- w" s* S
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. 0 m* m1 l- J) H5 M
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your

& u4 f* y- r0 R/ @ S, A5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of

a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same

campsite; and the service type.
! y8 Q6 j: e* R' `% z5 `5 q1 Q7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously

These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.

" R4 m5 o( Z9 v6 T+ T u least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed6 }5 c# I+ X2 T8 v! _
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to
6 `, }6 t" Z6 }, x1 D6 a e the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online

will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
+ M; a0 R; X$ a* y1 r check-in to the campground, subject to the following:- k3 N1 ]" C$ u
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
% E4 W7 A- t+ p1 t: \( O8 d you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
; @4 v5 i- S( M0 L) T/ W3 i' p reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
) G3 B8 m' h# E9 W( g7 u% j% G you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.8 U# _4 S, B2 x+ [: q4 i/ v
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
a, o, q+ |1 B, Y 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night2 T2 e4 U* E: _7 ^
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
* W% K% a" ]5 P- B5 H $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a; @' l j6 k0 `3 I% U% t7 f3 z

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to! u9 `! g* g& k J% T. Y
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be

* \; M s- |- o4 `9 t" C3 P is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
: e; ^; ] F& q" } services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
& D9 o, \( a4 @6 c& }8 H y' ~ change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
: a4 r; e) H, t# u. y2 C& J14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving; F, J* U6 H1 f% }) O5 N- F/ |, ]
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground8 d3 W$ F6 w# c' E2 W
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
8 A! o0 Q7 ]2 k, r5 l will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please( T) g8 q- A$ X: ~
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.$ f4 ^6 b# }) o k

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

( d; t% a, S4 `2 a on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact3 X: Y7 \, r- R* j7 }; t7 B
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,3 @4 {7 [% `* L1 [+ w t |
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).& M$ G, a/ B, X9 c! K% r
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:+ [6 ~- {# |) x1 j) `6 R
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your, ]3 C) @* S8 h) N- l4 R# w
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two3 }. Q" u/ i1 ^
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see6 X) t( ~9 R _1 G6 W6 G
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late8 `7 d, H# R2 N1 m1 T3 B

No-Shows

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
% \" {8 _3 n- a, A3 O scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of/ w! ~6 J2 h7 l) p. r, Q% B, e
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."
: m0 z( M+ e* r, O+ m( e& ]# X/ X1 w3 _( } H! ]. H# n0 M) }3 j
When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
! k7 M+ s- `8 S q. p4 o" A% d, U. u" c will be made available to other campers.8 Y1 ?4 M4 I+ `1 j& g! C* Z, a
% L; S% W3 x3 c, q2 v- h
If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees1 h5 {7 ~1 }/ P2 X* G
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable, t6 Z9 ^" W2 W$ @& d
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days

Thirty days after your originally scheduled departure date your camping fees become
