9 l+ E) r! R; \( L/ U3 pEvery full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
' y5 J- u5 ?, J( A; Qoperation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
2 Y( U( Y& |% ^5 `  T4 Acustomers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
the Store Manager.
, f% W. t. V: e6 qDuties and Responsibilities
/ }# N% T& Y5 }  }8 @0 y. M9 F. lCustomer Service
• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
8 U7 _' [$ X9 T, D2 U# \• Assist customers find what they are looking for
' @) ~- w8 y4 F% T7 P• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
stock
• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
9 q) d8 v! X: h7 ~; ulooks under 25 years of age
Store Responsibilities
• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
3 `3 B9 R- W: R- U• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
0 a" O3 e6 i: i* P4 _/ O• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
( y0 x4 e1 w" Y" Y% z# w• Protect company assets at all times
• Close the store (key holders)
• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager

( a2 l# N1 H2 I1 E( S$ C% _• Criminal record check.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills

( R$ Y* q! [9 I& Xchanges in strategies
Working Conditions

Physical Requirements
0 ^/ u( F1 U% M$ ^• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
• Standing for extended periods of time
/ a/ V. I7 y8 w• Comfortable climbing ladders
