. [/ ?/ }, s! l. y  l( Foperation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
1 L, r3 ^# c' ^8 ]- Q/ @1 Nthat the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
" A8 N7 @' x2 p& ^customers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
0 M. ?6 K3 Z; {8 Q  k' `9 L( `$ {& Qthe Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in

. A8 y6 @. Q* @1 V# ~* \• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
, A- q8 q7 ~$ z  Mlooks under 25 years of age
Store Responsibilities
3 _; H  M5 I- E) p) r• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
7 j/ S" A1 B- u# _• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
( C- \/ c; G! N& i1 d• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
( g6 y/ V% X* _( ^0 Q• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
: F" W* Z( u0 D4 e" N; z• Protect company assets at all times
2 ]5 ^/ m0 ^* v& M• Close the store (key holders)
2 u+ A2 S5 T; P0 M- M# j! C) T5 n• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager

• High School graduate
1 Y& t5 Y$ D* z; N$ Y# c- N• Criminal record check.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
changes in strategies

• Demanding workload
Physical Requirements
+ P( W' ^2 h- O" C6 i) i" ?• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
8 s- b5 W5 \9 x- u0 @/ B• Standing for extended periods of time
