- A; V4 ?1 v; p  M% E. [Reporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

1 H5 u; S! w8 Q, p& ~& R2 a3 F2 ~KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* G) a5 E) x) z* R! ^# Q0 p9 b        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
$ e& I; w2 l% O" j( R3 ?0 B0 r        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients

- Z- O# O4 u) \: xQUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset

4 f7 M2 c: V- H- X5 R•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
5 j* m( H- K1 {% j1 \1 \0 q•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
