9 ^9 l- L$ h A0 hKey Qualifications: experience in helping to develop/build a successful non-profit organization; proven skills at coordinating & bringing strong-willed people together to develop a common focus and to achieve specific goals; proven success in situations that are unpredictable/ambiguous; ability to coordinate, motivate and manage staff & contract workers through leadership, supervision/decision-making; experience in budget development, oversight & day-to-day decision making as well as development of reports to Board/funders.# b. JPLUS: commitment to the values/principles that support sexual health, anti-oppression perspectives, positioning HIV prevention within a sexual health/harm reduction frameworks, and addressing the social & systemic factors that impact on HIV risk; a proven skill working independently as this position requires working from home; ability to facilitate a process of internal membership capacity strengthening; confident in computer systems including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Video Conferencing., }9 ~' E. l& h$ D' N
