person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
3 J7 o) ?4 J2 C' J(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
6 m6 |6 m* D: X% jSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

4 h8 n- q* [# pI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
* [! ~0 ~8 T* {- g! v% k2 |; W' Mbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
! ^* [7 x4 n7 l' \( v# l4 |, c30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
9 ?/ B' t7 Z8 C$ e+ Kmonths, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
+ Q6 g$ l' E2 Q( i& D- Dcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
