Specific responsibilities
5 ^7 S% d. A" B0 Z8 g5 z, ?. X- Prospect and cold call on new business, maximize marketing opportunities
8 \8 Y# N3 U- F: F- Organize and perform the activity of brand promotion
- Build brand famousness and favorite among custom community.
- Maintain partnership programs with customers
2 R( s0 h- M+ ~- Review and respond customer inquiries
) D1 k" x- {3 p* S8 m5 R2 E- prepare marketing plans for new market segments
- Attend marketing meetings, set objectives
9 o7 T1 J* p( W9 G, K. _- Proposals and presentations
- Project management, budget preparation (team work)
9 z( y; [4 @" S2 n% n/ z$ z" u- Identify potential commercial risks
# @+ z' U6 K$ o! T" z* I- Clarify and answer commercial questions after the quotations
7 z+ \* U* ^. I8 H, S) @: Z- Make research and selection of the targeting market, and organize to make the annual market development plan.
- Prepare the marketing research report regularly
+ C- O# I  I6 L$ m1 Y' S; U" _- Effectiveness of costs control of marketing development
Requirements:
/ b% o# ~0 K! a7 c$ [4 z1 q- Post-secondary education certificate (ideally from administration, marketing, and/or engineering)
- H  }1 u$ C7 M- m5 Y/ D+ [- 3+ years successful related experience background
- Previous working experience in China would be an asset
- Flexible for travel within the China, and North America or Europe occasionally.
$ M0 U9 p) D# `% S- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Chinese language skills are an asset.
' N1 L4 }1 J6 e; ]- Outgoing, confident, consultative rapport builder
- Effective closing and follow up skills, project management
- Responsible and accountable
! e3 E7 |% h: Q$ [- Self-managed and able to work independently
- Highly organized and effective time management and problem solving skills
- Proficient administrative & computer skills for MS office, presentations
5 Z; a+ E7 M# D" W) s% W& t! f- Valid North America or European passport
- Valid driver’s license.
