我难道移民了还要按照国际学生的费用交学费？

刚才收到ualberta大学研究生办公室的信
To apply as a Canadian or Permanent Resident you must have received your degrees from a Canadian university.  However, as a Permanent Resident you will not be assessed the differential fee for tuition.

我要上本科就要有加拿大的高中证明
我要上高中就要有加拿大的初中证明

- J$ M* r* ~2 M  K! v  j我要上小学就要有加拿大的幼儿园证明

有兄弟姐妹能帮我看看哪有相关的读研究生的政策，我好给这个人再回封信，驳斥他

The first sentence means that if you don't have a degree from a Canadian
university, you must apply as an international student, even you have the
status of PR. This imply that they will judge you the same as all other
8 ^5 A/ o' N2 D: c# b$ t6 k9 V0 Iinternational students in the admission stage.

The second sentence means that even you are considered as an
6 G/ s& u- D2 jinternational student in the admission step, when you get admitted, you

研究生录取一般都是9月份，少数1月份。5月份申请的还没听说过。
3 Y7 r+ k; W, @# R0 Y申请的截止期一般都是1月底二月初，还是早点申请好，反正人家录取也不
, U( U$ A  ?& _1 V把你的移民身份看得很重。申请材料里面提一下就好了。

人家自始至终都没提说要给你按照国际学生收学费的问题呀,最后一句是说尽管仍然把你按照国际学生来考虑,但是作为PR,将不会收你的differential fee

那如果我以国际学生的身份被录取了，会不会到时候交费的时候要以国际学生的身份交阿，如果不是，怎么运作？

只要你有移民身份，你就和加拿大本地人交的学费一样。
