Job Description:

- facilitate recruitment of participants for the Keshotu Leadership Academy
( e( j, E) T0 D2 A7 s$ V7 o- conduct interviews to ensure participants have necessary qualities( m5 N6 ]5 t" E4 d' w' P
& _" G6 E+ S% H$ t& y' [Organize Leadership Training Sessions, ]$ l8 Y7 Y4 [) w' H- ^2 i2 h
- locate an appropriate venue for weekly meetings' {* v W' O* U7 U
- set up a plan for the span of the project (Jan 08 – Dec 08) for weekly meetings

- work with external evaluation consultant to collect appropriate data for evaluation
