The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to
& w4 D6 n+ D! [Tools -> Internet Options9 G' I& h, T! w" b' I
Click the Connections Tab2 g+ o9 r) ?# J4 P% p# A
Click the the "Lan Settings" button
; F4 H/ B. i( N/ O) ?, NRemove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"$ O; q6 \. X+ S% E) ]
Click Ok
