At the moment most users on the Shaw network using Internet Explorer 3 v4 z# N+ h& Z3 z, @4 {
are unable to load University of Alberta websites. I'm hoping this will help . P* ?4 o7 V+ s5 x$ G2 p& T
avoid some user frustration.

+ U0 N1 O% R5 v9 c7 IThe way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to

Click the Connections Tab- G& O, d- {; l. N5 u9 b" ^. t
Click the the "Lan Settings" button

Click Ok
