举个例子：
如果你捐赠$1000，你会得到$3000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$1000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$4000。

比如　一套Courseware软件

如果你捐了$1000 到Charity 1 Millenniums Charitable Foundation, 你收到tax receipt $1000.
2 t* t2 A8 ~9 H: q* V你同时还得到The Global Learning Trust 的package of  30 courseware. 你把这些package 捐到 Canadian charity association. 你又会得到 receipt  $3000.
那么总的 receipt 是 $4000

个人感觉，这属于loop hole，我觉得政府应该有措施去堵这个漏洞。

你发明了一个软件，而且一定要到一个注册的慈善团体捐助，并且你需要找一个评估师来评估你的这个软件的FMV,然后才算你的donation and gift in kind.

% G$ P1 c: K- r& c这就是个漏洞，但并不是每个人都会利用这个漏洞。

如果你可以基本满足上面我说的那些条件，你可以进行gift in kind 的捐助。
