' A8 K/ w8 g0 @  Q! v  H& e4 ETim has been a proud member of 424 for more than 25 years.  

$ v8 A& E/ ~6 j" sHe began work with our Union in 1981, receiving Inter-provincial Journeyman Electrician status the following year — and in 1988 he also became a Journeyman Boom Truck Operator.

While on the job and with a young family he continued his education in night courses, graduating from the U of A in 2001 with a degree in Human Resources Management.  In 2003, following two additional years of study, he was designated a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
                                                                                 

& q9 k8 F* ?6 o! u; Z$ r& U* PTim has served 424 in a number of roles:

    * Shop Steward
    * Chief Steward
    * Local Treasurer for five years.

3 d& I1 s6 f6 k# ?For four years, Tim was our Local’s Dispatcher before becoming Assistant Business Manager in 2002. Despite his active work life Tim remains a committed family man.  He and his wife Dana have two great kids, Daniel and Leah (Tim’s other “child” is a  Harley Davison that he doesn’t get nearly enough time to ride).
