Tim has been a proud member of 424 for more than 25 years. ( ^$ W# K: ?7 \2 ]9 ?% v
8 M$ v2 A9 H8 P+ A a2 m qHe began work with our Union in 1981, receiving Inter-provincial Journeyman Electrician status the following year — and in 1988 he also became a Journeyman Boom Truck Operator.

. m, b: T% k7 p( S7 ^. h: O3 mWhile on the job and with a young family he continued his education in night courses, graduating from the U of A in 2001 with a degree in Human Resources Management. In 2003, following two additional years of study, he was designated a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
