: z- f! L7 Z7 h9 f2 U Responsible to manage electrical critical drawings ensuring compliance with Enbridge Drawing Standards.

Responsible to provide electrical design expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
' E6 y" B# g1 E# M; d, R2 J
Responsible to lead a team of technologists and CADD operators to produce new or modify existing electrical drawings in support of engineering and operations projects.

  D  Z4 }, ~7 W2 O1 `Electrical critical drawings are up to date and accurate

) ^, P9 C" k7 l% Y  lAchieved through the review, update and development of electrical critical drawings (main power distribution switching diagrams, single line diagrams, P&ID's and communication diagrams) at all Enbridge CDN facilities by:

& |7 l1 O% _# u" a( gManaging critical drawing construction and as-built processes as established within the Enbridge Drawing Standards,
2 M) c0 u# K+ `$ D: i. k9 _' D
Performing site audits with operations personnel to identify existing information gaps and incorporate findings,

  l0 X+ O9 h- o  W1 iEngaging with LP, MP and regional operations engineering groups ensuring that critical drawing requirements are properly addressed throughout the project stage gates,

( R2 w, c5 s5 i# IDeveloping and enforcing a plan to ensure that once critical drawings are made current that they are maintained and kept up to date,
! T1 p8 Q; J6 K+ h- }6 a; ~# u7 C8 R& J
) S3 P& r& |) A6 E* F; _* OPerforming quality assurance checks on 30%, 60%, 90%, IFT and IFC design drawings developed by engineering service providers,

Applying design expertise with a goal towards continuous improvement.

End Result:
Electrical design is in compliance with industry code and company standards

8 j2 ~8 e' s0 _& LProviding electrical design expertise to projects,

Providing project managers and engineers with conceptual electrical design for projects of varying complexity,

Leading a group of staff and contract CADD personnel to review and/or prepare detailed drawings that are in compliance with the Enbridge Drawing Standards for assigned engineering and operations projects,

( s7 F, o; @2 lIncorporating new technology and best practices with focus on solving business problems and operational requirements in a competitive environment.  
Qualifications  
2 p2 {; s5 b% P. v Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma from a recognized technical institution.

10+ years of progressively complex detailed electrical design experience in an engineering environment.
/ X+ w2 R/ G: C: O5 b6 g9 d+ {
5+ years AutoCAD experience.

6 C, t  ~( b2 CRegistered Engineering Technologist (RET) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) desired.
3 @% |- T9 }6 S% x  ?  E
6 f, u7 {) E+ U/ L4 DExcellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communications skills.
+ u  g) ?, V6 |! ]2 I3 r, @3 G
